As Group Managing Director, Daniel is responsible for the governance and strategy of the Weaver family enterprise.
In his role, Daniel is bringing our purpose to life as he Creates the Future of Water through Interflow. He is working on building a world-class, multigenerational family business that will be here for generations to come.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and graduated with First Class Honours.
Joining Interflow in 2021 as Executive General Manager of our Southern region, Richard now leads the Interflow business as CEO.
Richard’s vast experience extends across consulting, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Throughout his career, Richard has been committed to creating environments where people and teams can be their best.
As CEO, Richard is responsible for leading our company across its domestic and international footprint.
A qualified civil engineer, Richard holds both a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce. He also holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Paul has been an integral part of the business since he joined in 2003. He held the role of Executive Director of Corporate Services for 12 years before transitioning to Deputy CEO in 2016.
With extensive experience in both the finance and construction sectors, Paul has led many high-performing teams at Interflow. His expertise lies in general management, governance and financial management.
Paul is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant (FCPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Diploma of Technology (Commerce).
