2nd March 2018 – Brent Craig – Project Manager
Michael, a resident affected by the works being undertaken in Hawthorn, stated “Today I received advice from an Interflow employee regards the road closure in my street next week. I have to say that they actually took the time to explain to me the work being undertaken, and the need for the two day continuous closure to complete the tasks. If only other utilities could be more openly engaging. Thanks for our sewer renewal works, we appreciate the work the people do, and the effort taken to ensure our utilities are upto new working standard with the technology driven upgrades.”

7 September 2015 – John Di Cosmo – Project Engineer – Water & Sewer Renewals
I just wanted to say that Interflow did an outstanding effort in renewing the water main along St Kilda Road.
We had very minimal noise complaints, considering the amount of residents within the vicinity. Rick’s innovative ideas were put in place to reduce the amount of noise, which saw the number of complaints diminish.
Overall it was a great project to be involved in and by working together and building relationships the job was completed with minimum fuss.
Great job by all, and I look forward to working with Interflow again on the next high profile job.
21st May 2013 – Ken Wiggins – Manager, Networks Program
The stats of the past two months show that there have been zero avoidable complaints from customers impacted by the work you do for Sydney Water.
This is the first time we have got this great result as I understand.
I appreciate that Interflow have achieved this during a busy work period with works on large numbers of our customer’s properties.
I just want to send my congratulations to you and your team for achieving this outcome.
Well done guys. Please pass on my thanks to your team.
24th May 2006 – Glen Nelson – Superintendent’s Representative
We were very satisfied with your community relations management. Your understanding of the issues of the Surf Life Saving Club, horse riding school, Anzac Rifle Range Association, the local Council and residents and managing the work around these helped to minimise impacts which was evidenced by the favourable feed back we received.
As Trenchless Technology is still a developing industry, we at Sydney Water encourage Australian industry to develop innovative solutions to challenging pipeline rehabilitation problems. This project is an example of the benefits that can come from such a policy.
We wish you success with future projects to maintain and further enhance your excellent reputation in the pipeline rehabilitation industry and we look forward to working together with you on future projects.
