Quality Policy Statement
Our Company has the philosophy that its work should be carried out competently to the satisfaction of its Clients and economically for the company. To achieve this approach is to “make it right first time”.
The quality of the Company’s work is therefore the concern of every person in the organisation, not just the sole responsibility of the person nominated as Quality Manager.
Quality starts at the tender stage and continues through all subsequent stages of contract formation, design, procurement and construction through to handover.
To achieve our quality objective, the quality system must be understood by all our personnel and must be diligently implemented. Where quality problems arise, these must be speedily identified and solved. Where the Quality System is found to be inadequate, it must be reviewed and upgraded.
In pursuing our aims by application of this Quality System, we will provide assurance to our Clients that the work complies with the requirements.
This fundamental is basic to our continuing success. All staff should adopt these principles and actively implement this policy.
Interflow is Quality Assured to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and has held certification since April 1996. We hold regular third party audits and have received nil (0) major non-conformances to date
