We Officially Launch Our Reflect RAP

On 4th of July, we officially launched our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
A RAP is a strategic document with practical plans for action. It sets out how an organisation is committing to contribute to reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples internally and in the communities they serve.
Interflow’s Reflect RAP focuses on three main areas: encouraging cultural respect, unlocking Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent, and developing partnerships.
We marked this historic occasion of launching our RAP with events at all of our Australian offices, and unveiled ‘Flow’, our commemorative work of art that was created for the occasion.
This is a momentous step in our journey, as we live and breathe our Purpose: to improve the lives of the people we work with, the communities we serve and the environment we work in, for generations to come.

So what happens next?
To ensure we meet the targets we’ve set in our RAP, a Working Group has been formed.
The RAP Working Group is a cross-functional committee of our people, responsible for driving momentum and implementing our RAP commitments through changes to policies and processes and embedding these into our day-to-day operations.
The RAP Working Group will regularly report on our progress as a business and share stories of success. Keep an eye out for updates!
Together we are excited to start our reconciliation journey, as we take steps to make Interflow a more inclusive workplace for all.
