Stop & Reset Sessions

Our NSW / ACT region has recently commenced its annual Stop and Reset program, which highlights improvements and strategies to be implemented across five key areas: health, safety, quality, environmental and community, helping our people be their best.
The program focuses on our delivery teams and field crews and involves pausing our busy work program to discuss the drivers that underpin our service delivery to our customers.
Mark Worthington, who delivered the safety component of the sessions, stated, “our people were very engaged in the discussion about their wellbeing and the safety of their work area. We got some really good feedback about what they will keep doing, what they will start doing, and what they will stop doing.”
Having crews take time out for these sessions creates an open dialogue about how we are performing across these five areas and supports our people to be their best.
