March Shining Stars!

Each month we like to recognise the people who have gone above and beyond to live our values and behaviours through their actions and work. Through their hard work, they have been put forward by their peers to be recognised for the great work they have been doing.
In this Freeflow edition we are celebrating the latest performance award recipients from throughout February and March.
Congratulations to our award recipients!
Anne Marie Cremona: Anne-Marie has been integral in designing and delivering the new Onboarding solution for the business. She identified the needs of our new starters and sourced technology to enable a highly engaging experience seeking to solve customer problems. Anne Marie has also played a vital role with leadership of the Above the Water Line session planning.
Shania King: Shania has taken a lead role in our project to deliver an engaging onboarding experience for our new starters and new leaders, to solve customer problems. Shania has had to learn new technology, develop her presentation and stakeholder management skills.
David Gowan: David was nominated for his efforts on the Turramurra ECI contract. David’s efforts sorting out maps into logical order to make inspections more efficient as well as carefully recording all data obtained is invaluable to ensuring accurate pricing. He displayed the Interflow behaviours of Solve Customer Problems, Be Your Best & Achieve Together & the Interflow value of Competence.
Dario Gvozden: Dario went above and beyond by supporting the needs of the business in NZ during the unprecedented times of COVID-19. He displayed the Interflow behaviour of Achieve Together & the Interflow value of Reliability.
Mitchel Cooper, Adrian Kelly, Finlay Campbell, Paul Argentino, Koi Mafilo & Jason Kelly: The crew received glowing feedback and a score of 100% from Gladstone Regional Council after a recent safety audit. Their customer is very pleased with their continued high standard. A great accomplishment for Jason and his crew!
Dylan Hickey, Matt Golding, Dale Farnhill and Ronald Black: The team received a community compliment for their hard work on a challenging job in Summer Hill. The very happy resident felt looked after and well-informed. Well done to the team for displaying our behaviours solve customer problems, do what you say and be your best.
