How do you maintain a community’s vital water supply whilst reconstructing its water mains supply? Our team from VIC was faced with this challenge and tackled it head-on!
The water mains pipeline in the town of Warragul, VIC, is an essential asset in providing fresh water for businesses and residents within the community. When our team was called to renew the asset, it was necessary to keep essential water flowing.
Our Melbourne team gladly accepted the challenge of this crucial three stage project. To make things trickier, all crew members worked on a steeply sloping site and carried out the project whilst working around older, redundant infrastructure.
This was definitely a project to remember: while our team overcame the many obstacles and challenges, they acquired vital knowledge which they can apply to future challenging projects.
Our customer, Gippsland Water, was most impressed by the continuity of supply to crucial services during the execution phase.
As a result of this success, our team members from VIC are quickly gaining new experience, whilst building on their reputation for successful delivery by challenging the status quo!
