International Women in Engineering Day is an international awareness campaign to raise the profile of women in engineering and focus attention on the amazing career opportunities available to women in this exciting industry. It celebrates the outstanding achievements of women engineers throughout the world.
Here at Interflow, we are proud to have amazing female engineers all over Australia and New Zealand. We are passionate about the pathways we provide to women in the workforce with a focus on always developing skilled engineers, and progressing them through other sectors of our business.
With reference to this year’s theme #ImagineTheFuture, we thought we’d ask our current female engineers why they chose to become engineers and how they’d like to imagine more females taking on the industry in years to come!
