Across the business, our people strive to ‘make it right the first time’ by applying best practice to their work. Our commitment to quality is a great example of our value Competence in action.
Our processes are key to delivering quality outcomes. Of these, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) play a critical role in ensuring we deliver reliable, safe and high-quality solutions for our customers.
Recently, our Graduate Engineer, Ashley Benic, visited a Ribline site in Queensland. She spent time with experts in the field and gained firsthand experience of the installation process and the challenges our crews can encounter on the job.
With her new firsthand knowledge, Ashley is now making improvements to the Ribline SOP and ITP. By first engaging with the process directly, Ashley and the Quality team can be confident that the improved processes are fit-for-purpose and help rather than hinder our people in field. A big thank you to Tony Dyson and the crew for their engagement and support along the way.
The experience has also been an incredible chance for Ashley, as a recent graduate, to learn on-the-job skills. By opening doors to development opportunities, we help our graduates to Be Their Best and excel in their field. Excellent work by all involved!
