Building on our 2019 and 2020 surveys, we’ve once again conducted our Engagement Survey. We had an amazing overall response rate of 78% – a big thank you to everyone that contributed.
So, what are the results?
The highest-ranked categories include Safety, Alignment, Your Leaders, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
Our opportunities for improvement include Leadership, Innovation, Communication and Collaboration, Enablement, and Reward and Recognition.
We identified 5 key priority areas. These are: Leadership Development; Working Away from Home; Career Development and Training and Enablement – Process Improvement.
