- May 26, 2022
As we better understand and manage IT security threats, our BTS team is able to identify service improvements.
One of these service improvements is the changing of our email SPAM filter settings.
As of Friday 27th May, BTS has changed our filter settings to allow more of your emails, which may have previously been stopped by the email filter, to be received
Users will no longer be required to reach out to the IT HelpDesk to request their blocked email be released. If you begin to receive unwanted newsletters, please use the unsubscribe feature in the newsletter.
If you require assistance, please contact the IT HelpDesk.
