Interflow, a market leader of infrastructure renewals, announces the appointment of three new executives to join its leadership team as part of a renewed corporate structure to support its continued growth.
From a review of the company’s management structure, variations to existing roles and responsibilities will also be implemented to support delivery of services, following increased market demands.
“As Interflow enters its 80th year we are confident that these changes provide a sound organisational framework for growth and demonstrate a commitment of the company towards the future,” said Geoff Weaver, Chief Executive Officer, Interflow.
Interflow is pleased to welcome Lisa Claudino as Executive Manager, People and Culture, Andrew McDonald as Chief Financial Officer and Daniel Weaver to the role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer in addition to his role as Executive Manager for Central Region and Engineering Services.
“It is an exciting time as our industry grows and Interflow continues to challenge itself so we remain the market leader in infrastructure renewals. As we grow we must ensure that we stay true to our core values of Honesty, Reliability and Competence, which is only achieved when we have the right people in an appropriate organisational structure,” said Mr. Weaver.
