ACCESS CHAMBER COATINGS
The Interflow suite of chemical products, Interchem, was developed for in-situ sealing, protection and restoration of access chambers and underground sewer structures to avoid costly and disruptive civil repair works.
Interchem P Interchem P, denoting “Protect”,is a polyurea resin coating system used to seal and protect the walls of manholes and access chambers from gas attack and deterioration. Interchem P is specifically designed for protecting access chambers which have had some deterioration from gas attack, but are otherwise in good structural condition. Interchem P protects against further deterioration and effectively extends the life of the asset. |

Interchem R Interchem R, denoting “Rebuild” is offered when access chambers and underground sewer structures have deteriorated beyond the point of rectification offered by protective coatings such as Interchem P and require structural restoration. Interchem Ris a general-purpose epoxy-mortar repair system used to restore severely gas attacked underground sewer structures which may also have some structural loss. Interchem R allows cost-effective insitu-rebuild of underground sewer structures. |

Interchem CAC Interchem CAC, is a factory blended, one component fibre reinforced calcium aluminate cement mortar enhanced with a monocrystalline quartz aggregate. Interchem CAC is used for both the protection and renewal of access chambers and underground structures. |
