INTERLINE PRO
Interline Pro is a innovative adaption of the Rotaloc circular liner for renewal of man-entry size ovoid pipes between 1200mm and 3000mm diameters.
Interline Pro system involves winding a circular pvc pipe using Rotaloc profile into the deteriorated ovoid pipe. The base of the pipe is then cut out and removed and the two ends are flared out either side and anchored to stainless steel rails which are bolted to the host pipe wall. The resulting product renews the exposed surfaces of the ovoid pipe leaving the invert submerged below the flow untreated.
Because Interline Pro is not a 360° liner it is able to relieve the applied water table by draining it behind the liner and into the sewer. This self-draining feature means the liner is not susceptible to pressure build up over time. Cementitious grout is pumped behind the liner to fill voids. The liner, rail structure and grout forms a robust structure in its own right and is designed to be capable of withstanding its own weight and the applied external loads.
Interline Pro is made of Rotaloc profile so it has all the chemical and material properties of Rotaloc; it is resistant against chemical attack, has high resistance to abrasion, is durable and provides a smooth inside surface. The PVC profile is ribbed to offer a high strength to weight ratio so the wall thickness is minimised and there is minimal reduction in cross-sectional area of the deteriorated pipe.
The stainless steel rails and anchor bolts used to pin down the pvc liner to the ovoid walls are corrosion resistant and are not affected by gas attack.
Interline Pro offers superior resistance against gas attack compared to epoxy solutions and unlike epoxy it does not rely on a bond to the host pipe. This makes the Interline Pro system lower risk. The combination of installation process and materials make Interline Pro competitive against epoxy alternatives.
Interline Pro can be installed in ovoid pipes constructed of brick, concrete, and mineral based substrates.
