Non-circular pipes can come in a range of shapes and sizes. Typically these pipes are ovoid, egg-shape, or box cross-sections.
Interflow has a range of liners for renewal of deteriorated non-circular pipes depending on the size and shape of the pipeline.
Interline UV- Oviform pipeline renewal for pipe diameters up to 1200mm Interline UV is a UV-cured glass reinforced 360° liner used for ovoid pipes up to 1200mm diameter. The liner is extremely strong so it can be offered in a thinner wall thickness. The UV curing process is faster and more reliable than heat cured CIP systems making overall installation lower risk and safer. |

Interline Pro - Oviform pipeline renewal for pipe diameters from 1200mm to 3000mm Interline Pro is an innovative adaptation of Rotaloc circular liner for man-entry size ovoid pipes. Interline Pro is a Rotaloc liner with its base removed and the sides flared out and anchored to a stainless steel rail bolted to each side of the ovoid wall. Interline Pro is not a 360° liner so drainage channels are provided behind the liner to allow for ground water to be relieved into the sewer. Interline Pro is suitable for ovoid pipe sizes between 1200mm and 2000mm. |

Interline Bx - Renewal of Box Sections Interline Bx is an intelligent and cost-effective solution for relining box sections of any size. The product consists of PVC panels on vertical walls and epoxy (Interchem R) on the ceiling. In box sections the structural requirements for the walls are different to those of the ceiling. Interline Bx incorporates the most ideal material and solution for each element of the box section so that the combination of materials provides an optimum solution overall. |
