KEY PERSONNEL
Interflow employs over 250 personnel, many of whom have worked for the Company for in excess of 20 years. Some 30 are degree qualified civil, mechanical or environmental engineers.

The specialised nature of Interflow’s work means that the company invests heavily in in-house training and on-the-job learning not offered elsewhere in this field.

The Company’s background has meant that it has retained highly experienced Engineers and Project Managers who have been valuable in developing safe and effective work practices in the highly specialised field of “trenchless” pipeline rehabilitation. Their experience is passed to employees involved on our projects.

Executive Team:

Chairman: Mr Ron Weaver.
Son of the Company founder, Ron Weaver has been with Interflow for 57 years including 34 years as Managing Director and 16 years as Chairman.

Managing Director: Mr Geoff Weaver.
Geoff Weaver has been with Interflow for 32 years and has been Managing Director since 1990. He has overseen the Company’s transition to a pipeline rehabilitation specialist, and its subsequent rapid growth.

Director of Operations: Mr Michael Weaver.
Michael Weaver has 19 years project and executive management experience in civil construction and pipeline rehabilitation.

Director of Customer Services: Mr David Lilley.
David Lilley has 26 years project and executive management experience in civil construction and pipeline rehabilitation.

Corporate Director and CFO: Mr Paul Borg.
Paul Borg has over 32 years of experience in general management, governance and financial management.

Director of Products and Technical Services: Mr Ian Bateman.
Ian Bateman has extensive experience in development and commercialisation of technical products and services. He has formal Qualifications in Chemical Engineering and Business.

Executive Manager Environment, Safety and People: Mr Chris Campion.
Chris Campion has 26 years experience in Environment, Health and Safety in the Construction Industry working with and assisting leading Global Companies in the journey to zero harm. He has formal qualifications in OH&S and is a past president of the Safety Institute of NSW.
